Lori Chernoff Kwiatkowski, President and CEO began Logical Design Solutions in 1993, Incorporated in January of 1997 Lori is an Honors Graduate from the Art Institute of Houston, and completed a fellowship in Europe from the American Institute of Foreign Study. She is a professional member of the Texas Association of Interior Designers, and holds a professional license to practice Interior Design in the State of Texas (#1622).
Logical Design Solutions has extensive experience in marketing, design, documentation and management for a broad range of projects. Our technically complex projects, often with phased installation schedules, rigid project budgeting and scheduling requirements, give us a vast working knowledge with insight into efficient production management and cost control. Our knowledge of major furniture manufacturers and their products, permit us to respond effectively to our Clients’ esthetic requirements allowing us to pull from any and all sources, not bound by closed furniture lines that limit availability to all. Additionally, our experts are able to negotiate the best possible pricing and deepest discounting for our Clients. We are proficient in CADD (computer aided design and drafting), which makes us efficient in conceptual designs, working drawings, and installation plans.
